Song For The Day: Paint You Wings by all Time Low

Listening to this on my way to work today.

Tells the story of writing your own story the way you want and erasing anything that is contrary to the picture you have planned for your life.

The most striking line for me was 'There's a monster standing where you should be, so i'll paint you wings and set you free'.

So take this as the message for the day, when you paint your picture don't be afraid to paint out anything or anyone standing in your way.

Hmmmm,

Ever had one of those moments when the a song comes on and it just fits and you can identify with the emotions and inspiration behind it?

I was driving home over the weekend, driving from memory (not really concentrating) and lost in thought when it came on through the speakers and I understood and connected.

I can't really explain the emotions that coerced through me but it felt heavy and it has stayed with me ever  since.
